EZ....

What about having a little something up in the banner that lets ppl know when someone is streaming live? Like a lit up "LIVE" logo...or the green bit on the pitch fader flashing....that sort of thing. I think it would bennefit in 2 ways, Not only for the DJ's and kru to know whos on...But I think it would add that extra bit of excitement when someone does go live, letting everyone one who visits the site know that a live DJ is playin.

Any thoughts?

I dont think thats a bad idea as half the time when u look at the stream it says "whoever LIVE on whatever date" could be confusing, and i know people ask all the time in the chatroom if its a live set playing. There is a big black space free @ the top right of website, could maby do sumfink in there.....

Great idea.
Great idea that could work both ways - use some of that empty space and have a banner thinger that switches between "DJ LIVE NOW" or "AVAILABLE IN ARCHIVES"...

I got another idea....

What about having some time zones from other countries?
Like 4 or 5 clocks showing times around the world.

I noticed we're gettin loads of Americans, Canadians, European kru lately and it would be nice for us DJ's to know roughly what time it is in the various listenrs home countries...

Aswell as showin how Worldwide UKBASS has now become....

Any thoughts ???

Basically the stream also needs a player for some banter - give it a proper UKBass feel but work on it so all the features work seamlessly, unlike Youtube in Firefox etc.
Just figured out how to do that in flash, one thing I was always crap at figuring out was how to stream data into it but now its piss easy and getting easier with each release of MX.

P.S really dig what you've done integrating the forum into the layout though, I really need to get that done from scratch too. Kudos to the scripter! Beers all round.
