Tonight on The Friday Night Smoke: Do we need the Royal Family? It was recently revealed that The Queen wants the 'civil list' (the monies paid to the royals from the taxpayer) to be increased, otherwise she will run out of money by 2012. After the recent scandals about MP's and BBC executives' expenses, we discuss whether the royals represent 'value for money' today, and what could or should be done. As suggested by HRH Crab
