What do you know? PSP Rhythm is a complete sequencer for Playstation Portable, the site contains several soundpacks as well. Even one Drum&Bass as far as I'm aware.

Atomic Cloud is a nice granular program that can create very strange effects out of ordinary sounds. It can be used to create these basses that is so famous for Drum&Bass tracks.

This is a very old post, so I'd be surprised if all of the links are still active.

O_o I use this, tis pretty badass considering its homebrew code.

there is also LSDj for the gameboy / colour, which is like a cart that lets you use the GB soundcard lol. costs money but not officially liscenced by nintendo so do as you will.

if anyone finds similar for the SNES, megadrive/genesis, master system, for emulation or on the consoles, not vst's that mimic them, PM me
