SMS Terms and Conditions
- SMS text messages to 82820 are charged at 15p plus network rate. You must have the bill payer's permission before texting.
- This service is only currently available to listeners with a UK mobile phone. More countries will be added soon.
- We cannot guarantee that messages will be broadcast and the DJ reserves the right to reject or alter any messages if they feel that the message is offensive or in any way inappropriate including but not limited to those that are, or could be perceived to be, threatening, abusive, bullying, indecent, discriminatory, libellous, religious, promotional, breach trademark law or copyright or could otherwise cause offence.
- By sending messages, you are giving UK Bass Radio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display your submission (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
- By using this service you accept the terms and conditions and consent to UK Bass collecting, processing and storing your message and mobile phone number.
- We will never sell, rent or give your phone number to anyone unless we are legally obliged to. You will only receive one message to confirm that your SMS has been received.
- By submitting a message, you will not be subscribed to any services including promotional messages, or 'special offers'.
- We may add, delete, suspend or modify the terms and conditions of the services set forth in this agreement at any time without notice.
