Acid Rap/Punk rap, mainly out of Detroit. more political, and underground, no radio play or main stream backing all done through the internet, with a purpose.

Most of it is just a laugh and some serious, The kottonmouth kings are most people introduction, then pick your level of darkness, want painted up dark clowns Then go for ICP and the hatchet family, want darker try dark lotus or pyscophatic rydas, same crew, a lot heaver. want to go to the grave with your darkness try horror core (some of this is to much for me).

Try out ICP (great milnko or ringmaster), Any body killa (hatchet warrior), Twiztid (the Green book), dark lotus (tales of the lotus pod). bit old but good albums. If you dont like these you most probale wont like acid rap. Check Esham the boggie man for history, this guy coined Acid rap, back in the early 90's, dont realy like his stuff though, a bit slow.

anyway i like AR cos it is hits the head on the nail so many times on an acid level, i mean we all know 90% of rap it is shit, but some of this stuff is bang on.

It is good to let the establishment know what they are fuking with
