Yeah
I'm having a real mare trying to get into the site and streaming. Don'y know why cos everything was criss before.
I just wondered if you may have any ideas?.
I keep trying to get into the site, fails majority of the times but then, all of a sudden lets me in for about 10 mins, then back out, can't get in for at least a couple of days after that.
Apologies if the answer is in FAQ but I couldn't get into the site, also chatroom.
Don't know what the f*** it is but I've missed 2 weeks of the Rupture sessions, Federation show and The OVERLOAD show plus what ever else i listen to, so mans is a liitle p!ssed, so if you could help me out, would be greatly appreciated

That's odd, there have been no other reports of problems.
If you ever can't get on to the site then you can tune in directly from the servers (bookmark as appropriate):
http://87.117.203.226:8012/ (UK)
http://91.121.113.28:8000/ (France)
http://66.45.246.202:8080/ (USA)
Either server will work but the closest to you will generally be more reliable.
Next time you can't access the site then it may be useful for you to send a traceroute, if you want to do that then save the following instructions somewhere:
1) Click Start > Run
2) Type in cmd and press OK
3) A black window will open, in there type the following line:
tracert ukbassradio.co.uk
4) Press Enter and wait for the traceroute to complete, this can take a minute, it is only complete when it says "Trace Complete."
5) Right Click on the window, click on Select All (all turns white) and right click again (the window will go black again)
6) Open your email and paste the result into an email (Ctrl+V) and send to x@ djoverload.co.uk (remove the space)
That will normally show if there is a problem somewhere between your ISP and ours. A good traceroute will look something like this:

haha yeah I try to make things clear, I have to explain these things all the time. I haven't done the amen set yet, I need to sort some tunes out for that but will do it soon
