Maximum Moves is back at it again and ready to take you on a journey. With Volume One we gave you a little taste of something different introducing a dj/mc combination, with DJ DipVertigo flowing both spoken and sung vocals back to back MC J-TEC. Volume One covered a wide variety of styles within drum n bass from liquid to the darker side with double drops galore. Now with Volume 2 on 3 "Journey to a Special Place," Dip's added a third deck, bringing even more double drops, triple-drops, vocal samples, bassline samples and his newly discovered maximum drops, making it possible to bust 40 records in 75 minutes seamlessly. MC J-TEC also ups his game using double the amount of vocals, including an X-MEN flow on Mutants, which includes many of the names of the original Marvel characters, and a tracklist flow over Special Place, using the titles of every track used in the mix to create a story without missing a beat. Our suggestion is follow the tracklist and see for yourself, it is truely a lyrical gem.
