Hello guys, i found this the best place to introduce to you the Lebanese Underground Collective, The "Kaotik System"

Vision

Our main purpose is to support and maintain the rise of Electronic music in Lebanon. We make people discover and enjoy original and innovative music and provide them with differentiated sense of morale. We support local talents, creativity and cultural diversity, by implementing original concepts through pioneer Kaotik-labelled events as well as importing the "Free Party" culture to Lebanon.


Mission Statement

With a passion for electronic music and a will to share the latest musical trends with the young Lebanese public, and the desire to support the cultural scene in Lebanon
Kaotik System has been involved in the media industry in Lebanon as a dynamic event organizer. The collective has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in events of all sizes.
Our mission is to introduce new kinds of Electronic music by inviting over foreign artists and allowing the Lebanese public to merge with the European culture.
Kaotik system will be working with major foreign labels/ event organizers/ record stores and artists and collaborating with local artists: DJs, VJs, photographers, film-makers, and electronic bands ... in order to set up main or small events and festivals, plus "Free Parties".

The Collective's Achievements:

2003

- Kaotik Rave Party, Bikfaya. DJs: Kapushka & Petal

- Organization of the Saint Joseph University Festival in Damascus Street, which featured the legendary Parisian collective "Heretik". DJs: Noisebuiler, POPOF, Baby, Saobeng & Rokette 77

2004

– Electronic Video party, Social Club, Gemmayzeh. DJ: Kapushka

- "Fête de la Musique", Gemmayzeh stairs (In collaboration with the French Cultural Center) DJs: Kapushka & Kapsul

- Kaotik Electronic Music Festival, West Bekaa Country Club (Three days of outdoor non-stop electronic music which featured 13 DJs from Europe and 9 DJs from Lebanon).
DJs from Europe : Manu Le Malin, Torgull, Elisa do brazil, Kraft, Beuns, Point G, Aaron spectre, Fantom, Nout, Dr Macabre, Noiak sinn, Rokette 77 & Mo-lu
Lebanese DJs : Kapushka, Jade, Ceasar K, Stamina, Lethal skillz, La chambre, Trava, Nabil & Black

- September 9/11 Commemoration featuring two DJs from the French sound-systems Heretik and TroublesFete - at Social Club, Gemmayzeh
DJs from france: Rockette 77 & Point G

-Halloween Night featuring the French label « Le Diable au Corps », the Parisian collective Heretik at X-OM Sin-el Fil. DJs: Nout & Rockette 77


2005

- Kaotik Hostage Night, Marmar Night-Club, Damascus, Syria. DJ: Kapushka

-"Fête de la Musique" near Virgin Megastores, Downtown Beirut (In collaboration with the French Cultural Center) DJs: Screwheadz & Kapushka

- Kaotik Haunted Hotel Party New Year’s Eve, Faraya (2005/2006)

2006

- Kaotik Free Tree Partee # 2, location in natural environment authorized by the owner. DJs: Screwheadz & Kapushka

- Kaotik Free Tree Partee # 3, location in natural environment authorized by the owner. DJs: Screwheadz, Subdog & Kapushka

- Electro Sucks, Black Diamond Monot Street. DJs: Dansz , Screwheadz & Kapushka

2007

- The invasion of the mutant insects Free Party # 4, Baissour Country club

This is very cool...I had no idea you were from Lebanon...that's awesome! It would make sense to know where the rave was? Or no? Hmmmmm...it is hard to stay connected to everything going on here in the US since things are spread out and unless you have $$$ to travel to the dopest parties...sometimes you are left with only connecting thru the interwebz. THANKS!!! FOR TECHNOLOGY!!
